How Zevrik works
Zevrik keeps your gym sessions and cardio in one place, shows how you’re progressing and lets you train alongside friends. Everything starts with logging a workout. The more you log, the more the rest of Zevrik can tell you.
- Log a workoutSave what you trained today in Save a Workout.
- Add friendsFind people on Social and follow each other’s training.
- Watch your progressCheck Dashboard and Performance as your history grows.
Dashboard
Your home screen: this week’s challenge, your current and best streak, workouts this month and a Train today suggestion based on what you trained recently.
- Weekly challenge: a new goal every Monday. Completing it earns XP toward your level.
- Monthly review: a calendar of your training days. Use the arrows to look back at earlier months.
- Share this month: creates a story-sized recap image with your month’s highlights, in your own colours and style (or in Carbon, Gold or Aurora once you reach levels 10, 20 and 40), to download or share.
Save a Workout
Log strength training, cardio, or both in one workout.
- Session timer: tap Check in when you start and Check out when you finish, to record how long you trained. While you’re checked in, friends can see you under “Training now” (you can turn this off in Settings).
- Strength: choose a body part, then exercises. Pick a sets × reps preset with a weight, or enter every set yourself. Planks are logged by time. On assisted machines (Dip Assist, Chin Assist), enter the assistance; less is better.
- Cardio: runs, rides, stair master and mountain hikes, with distance and total time. Pace and speed are worked out for you.
- Set types: in Custom mode, tap a set’s number to mark it as a warm-up (W), drop set (D) or set to failure (F). Warm-ups are saved but left out of your stats, records and challenges.
- Last time: when you pick an exercise, you see the sets you did last time, with a button to repeat them.
- Extras: add a note, tag friends you trained with, or start from a day of one of your splits.
- Nothing gets lost: what you enter is kept as a draft until you save, even if you close the page; Start over clears it. Without a connection, the workout is saved on your device and sent as soon as you’re back online.
New personal records are spotted automatically when you save, and your friends see them in Highlights.
Workouts
Your full history. Every workout gets a short summary of what stood out: new bests, more volume than before, or a streak. Search by exercise, date or cardio details, open a workout to see every set, and edit or delete it if something was entered wrong. A half marathon or marathon gets a medal, and you can share it as a race card with your time and pace.
Splits
Plan your training week. Save up to 10 splits for free. Create a split (for example Push / Pull / Legs), build each workout day with its exercises and sets, and see the whole week at a glance. When you log a workout, choose a split day and its exercises are filled in for you. Open a split to see each day’s exercises, sets and estimated time. Splits are private to you unless you send one to a friend, who can save a copy to their own Splits or discard it.
Exercises
The exercise library lists every exercise you can log, with the muscles it works. Search by name or muscle, or filter by body part. Missing one? Create up to 10 of your own: pick the body part, the main and other muscles, and whether it’s logged by weight and reps or by time. Only you see them when you log, and they count toward your stats like any other exercise.
Performance
Pick a time range at the top, and everything follows it.
- Muscle map: front and back views that light up the muscles you trained most.
- Exercise breakdown and weight progress: your volume and top weight per exercise, and how your lifts have moved over time.
- Running: how your pace has developed, plus your best and average times for 3K, 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon.
- Training habit patterns : which days and times you train, how consistent you are month to month and how long your sessions last.
Coach
Your personal trainer. Tell Coach how you like to train and what you’re working toward, and it turns your logged workouts into guidance.
- Your next session: what to train today, from your Coach split and recent training, skipping muscles that still need rest.
- Goals and progress: track targets for lifts and runs, see where you rank, and get warned about plateaus.
- Recovery: mark muscles that are still sore, and Coach plans around them.
- Your last week: every Monday, a short report on the week before: how much you trained, what went well and what to focus on next.
- Sets per muscle: how many hard sets each muscle got this week, compared with a useful range for growth.
- Estimated 1-rep max: for every lift you’ve logged, from your best set of 1–10 reps, and how it changed over the last weeks.
- Race predictor: estimated times for 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon, based on the runs you’ve logged.
- Weight progress: log your body weight whenever you like and see how it changes over time.
- Split proposal: after 10 logged workouts, Coach builds a week for your goal (strength, muscle, running or biking) with rest days and recommended weights. Swap any exercise you don’t like, then save it to Splits.
Profile
Your profile shows your level, workouts, friends, streak, the last 12 weeks of training, your body balance and personal records. The ring around your picture fills up with XP toward your next level. Tap your level to open the level road. Your club shows under your name, and other people can open it from there. Tap Manage on Personal records to see every PR you’ve saved and delete one that was wrong. With Premium, your profile also gets a crown and a Training Aura: soft light behind your picture, drawn from what you train.
Choose Public or Private on your profile. A private profile shows your training only to friends.
XP & levels
Level 100 is up there for you to chase. It isn’t meant to be easy. You get there by showing up week after week, for years. Every level on the way shows how consistent you’ve been.
- How you earn XP: only from challenges. Each week you get a weekly challenge on the Dashboard, based on your own training: 75 XP when it’s easy, 100 when it’s normal, 150 when it’s hard. In a club, the monthly club challenge gives XP on top of that.
- No XP for logging: a workout on its own gives no XP, so nobody can get ahead by logging more. Training consistently is what completes challenges.
- What XP is for: levels, and the rewards on the level road. You unlock emotes for comments from level 2, the Carbon recap card at level 10, Gold at level 20 and Aurora at level 40, and profile labels from GRINDER (level 5) to LEGEND (level 100). Titan, Mythic and Gold profile styles come at levels 75, 85 and 100, and a free month of Premium at levels 30 and 60. You can keep a Premium month, or give it to a friend if you already have Premium.
- How long it takes: every level costs a bit more XP than the one before. Even if you complete every challenge, LEGEND takes years: about three in an active club, and longer on your own.
- Streaks: the Dashboard shows how many weeks in a row you’ve completed your challenge, and how many days in a row you’ve trained. A ! means the streak is still alive but needs you this week (or today) to keep going.
Clubs
A club is your training crew of up to 10 people working toward one goal every month. You’re in one club at a time, and it shows at the top of Social.
- Joining: find clubs in Social → search → Clubs and ask to join. The club’s owner or an admin accepts you. Joining is free.
- Inviting friends: the owner and admins can invite friends who aren’t in a club yet, from the club page. Your friend gets a notification and can join straight away.
- Monthly club challenge: the same challenge for every club, sized to how many members are active, so a smaller club gets an easier target with a smaller reward. Everyone’s workouts count toward it. Do your part and you earn personal XP when the club completes it.
- Club levels: completed challenges also give club XP, up to club level 20. At club levels 5, 10, 15 and 20, every member gets 10% more XP from their challenges (up to +40%), and the club page shows how far away the next step is. Everyone gets a notification when the club reaches one.
- Creating and managing a club needs Premium: creating a club, accepting requests, choosing admins and changing settings. If the owner’s Premium ends, the club keeps running its challenges but can’t take new members or change settings until Premium is back or the owner moves club ownership to a Premium member.

Your data, your choices
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Zevrik is a fitness-tracking project intended for users worldwide. The service is currently being developed and tested. We use data to run Zevrik’s features, to calculate personal statistics and recommendations for each account, and to test and improve the service.
Zevrik is run by Samuel Toman, Damgade 69C, 6400 Sønderborg, Denmark (CVR 46873521), who is responsible for your personal information (the data controller). Contact: zevriksupport@gmail.com.
Information we handle
- Account and profile: Google sign-in provides your email address, name and profile image when available. Zevrik stores your username, profile image, profile visibility, optional profile label and country, and when you joined.
- Training records: workout dates, body parts, exercises, weights, sets and repetitions, set times, cardio activity, distance, duration and machine level, workout notes, check-in and check-out times, and personal records.
- Plans and Coach: your splits and splits you send to or receive from friends, and if you use Coach, your training preferences, goals and muscles you mark as sore. Coach can also store your body weight, date of birth and gender, which you choose to enter, and body weight and body fat entries you log over time; they are used only to tailor recommendations and your weight chart, and are never shown to other users. Body weight, body fat, date of birth, gender and sore muscles can count as health information, so Zevrik only stores them with your explicit consent: entering them is optional, and you give that consent by saving them. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting them, or by deleting your account.
- Progress: weekly challenges, XP and level, level road rewards you claimed (and which friend you gave a Premium month to), and milestones created from your workouts (such as workout counts, streaks, level-ups and new run bests).
- Social activity: friend requests and friendships, favourite friends, workout participants, comments (including emotes), reactions, notifications (such as a Premium month gifted to you), and whether you are currently checked in (“Training now”).
- Reports: if you report a comment, we store your account, the reason, your note and a copy of the comment, and if your comment is reported, a copy of it stays with the report even after it’s deleted. The same goes for reporting a username. If you report a bug, we store your account, the page, what you wrote and your device and browser. Moderators can see this, and can delete comments, mute users and change usernames that break the rules; a removed username can’t be used again. You’re told when this happens, but people are never told who reported them. Handled reports are deleted after a year.
- Premium: your plan, when Premium started and ends, whether you used the free month, beta codes you redeemed, weekly challenge rerolls and your Training Aura style. If you buy Premium: your Stripe customer number, your plan, its status and when the current period ends. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach Zevrik.
- Preferences: notification and Training now choices are stored in your account. Appearance and unit settings, the running session timer and unsaved workout drafts are stored in your browser, which also keeps your sign-in session. To make pages open faster, your browser also keeps a copy of your own workouts, your profile, splits, today’s plan, Premium status, muscles you marked as sore, this week’s challenge, your club card and the last Social feed, and if you use Coach, your Coach details (including date of birth and gender), goals, records and body weight. Other people’s profiles you open are kept until you close the tab. Workouts saved without a connection wait in your browser until they can be sent. Signing out or deleting your account removes the saved copies from that browser. If you add Zevrik to your home screen, your device keeps a copy of Zevrik’s pages and styles so it can open without a connection; it doesn’t keep your training data. If you allow notifications, your device shows one while you’re checked in; it is created on your device and removed when you check out.
How information is used
We use this information to sign you in, save and display your training, calculate your statistics, levels, challenges, milestones and Coach recommendations, provide profile and social features, decide which features your plan includes, and test and improve Zevrik. Statistics are calculated from your own records. Monthly recap images are created in your browser and are only shared if you choose to share them. Zevrik does not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We handle your information because it is needed to provide Zevrik to you under the Terms of service (your account, training, social features and Premium); on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping Zevrik secure, working and improving; with your consent where we ask for it (such as notifications, which you can turn off at any time, and the health details below); and where the law requires it (such as keeping payment records for bookkeeping).
Who can see your information
Your email address is used for your account and is never shown on your profile. Your username and profile image are visible to signed-in users so they can find and recognise you.
- Public profile: signed-in users can see your workout activity, personal records, profile statistics, level, label, country and Training Aura.
- Private profile: those details are limited to you and your friends. Other signed-in users can still see your username, profile image and whether you are a Premium member.
- Friends: friends see your workouts, PRs and milestones in their feed, your place on the monthly leaderboard and, unless you turn it off in Settings, when you are checked in at the gym. Check-ins older than 4 hours are no longer shown.
- Shared splits: when you send a split to a friend, they see its name, days and exercises. If they save it, the copy becomes theirs and stays in their Splits, even if you later delete yours or your account.
- Only you: splits you haven’t shared, Coach details and goals, weight entries, sore muscles, favourites, notification settings, XP progress and Premium details.
- Comments and reactions: follow the visibility of the workout or post they belong to.
You can change your profile visibility on your profile page, and manage friends and favourites on the Social page.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in. Supabase provides authentication and the database where account and training information is stored. Netlify hosts the Zevrik website, and the code library that connects to Supabase is loaded from jsDelivr; like any website host, they receive your IP address and browser details when pages load. Country flags are loaded from flagcdn.com. If you buy Premium, Stripe and its Link service handle the payment: they receive your email address, name, billing address and payment details to take the payment, calculate VAT, send receipts and prevent fraud, and they are responsible for that information under their own privacy policies. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy terms. Information may be processed in countries where they or their infrastructure operate.
Storage, export, import and deletion
Account and training data is kept in the Zevrik database for as long as your account exists. In Settings, Export downloads your workouts, personal records and appearance and unit settings as a file, and Import adds them from such a file back to your account. You can also import a workout export (.csv) from another workout app. Import only accepts these files, checks every entry before saving it, and only adds the workouts, records and settings it contains.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently removes your profile, workouts, records, splits, split shares, Coach details, progress and level road rewards, Premium details, friendships, comments, reactions and notifications, and signs you out. Copies of splits that friends already saved stay with them. Deleted data can’t be recovered, so export it first if you want a copy. If you have a Premium plan, deleting your account cancels it first. Payment records are kept by Stripe, and by us where bookkeeping law requires it (in Denmark, five years).
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Users in the European Economic Area may also complain to their local data protection authority; in Denmark that is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk). To make a request or ask a question, email zevriksupport@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and any records we are required to keep.
Changes and questions
As Zevrik is under development, its features and data practices may change, and we will update this page when they do. For privacy questions, contact zevriksupport@gmail.com.
Terms of service
Using Zevrik
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms apply when you use Zevrik at zevrik.app, including the app you can add to your home screen. By creating an account or using Zevrik, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Zevrik. Zevrik is in beta: it is still being built, so features can change, and things may occasionally not work as expected.
Zevrik is run by Samuel Toman, Damgade 69C, 6400 Sønderborg, Denmark (CVR 46873521). Contact: zevriksupport@gmail.com.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 years old, or older if your country requires it to agree to these terms on your own.
- You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what happens through your Zevrik account.
- Choose a respectful username. It can’t contain swear words, insults, hateful, sexual or violent language, and it can’t be misleading or use someone else’s name or brand. If a username breaks these rules, we can change it without asking first. You’ll be told, you can choose a new one straight away, and the old username can’t be used again.
- One person, one account. Don’t share your account or create accounts for other people.
Your content
Your workouts, records, notes, splits, comments and other things you add stay yours. To run Zevrik, you allow us to store them and show them to the people your settings allow, such as your friends or, with a public profile, other signed-in users (see the Privacy policy). You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Be respectful to other people on Zevrik. Don’t:
- harass, threaten, bully or insult anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
- spam, advertise, or post content that is illegal or that you don’t have the right to share;
- pretend to be someone else, or misuse other people’s information;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of Zevrik, access other accounts or data, or copy Zevrik’s data with automated tools;
- enter false data on purpose to cheat leaderboards, challenges or rewards.
To keep Zevrik fast and safe from bots, there are generous limits that normal use doesn’t reach: up to 10 saved splits, 10 workouts a day, 60 exercises per workout, 60 comments an hour and 50 friend requests a day. “Unlimited” on Zevrik means within these limits.
Health and safety
Zevrik helps you track and plan your training, but it is not a doctor, physiotherapist or personal trainer. Coach’s plans, recommended weights, race predictions, recovery estimates and other numbers are estimates based on what you log, and they can be wrong. Listen to your body, use proper technique and safe equipment, and talk to a medical professional before starting or changing training, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. You train at your own risk.
Premium, rewards and beta codes
- Some features are part of Zevrik Premium. You can buy it as a subscription (see Paid Premium below), and it is also available through beta codes, the free month (after 20 workouts and a month as a member) and the Premium months on the level road.
- Beta codes are personal. Don’t sell or publish them. Premium from rewards and codes has no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
- A Premium month from the level road can be kept or given to a friend once. A gift can’t be taken back, sold or traded.
- XP, levels, labels, emotes and other rewards are part of the service and have no monetary value. We may adjust them, for example if they were earned through false data or a mistake.
Paid Premium
- Plans and prices: Premium is sold monthly or yearly. The current prices are shown on the Premium page before you buy and include VAT. At checkout the price may be shown in your local currency.
- Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. Premium is sold through Link, Stripe’s reseller service, which appears as the seller at checkout and on your receipts and bank statement, and takes care of payment, VAT and receipts. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach Zevrik.
- Renewal: your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and the next period is charged at the start, until you cancel.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time on the Premium page (Manage subscription) or at link.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Apart from the refund below, or where the law requires it, we don’t refund the unused part of a period.
- 14-day refund: Premium starts as soon as you pay. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, email us or contact Link support and you get a full refund. This also covers your right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK. Renewals can be cancelled but aren’t covered by the 14 days. Any refund ends the plan and its paid Premium right away; free Premium time you have stays and starts right away.
- Free Premium time: free Premium (the free month, level road months, gifts from friends and beta codes) always comes on top of a paid plan. If you subscribe while you still have free time, your first payment is when it ends. If you get free time while your plan renews, your next payment moves back by that time. If your plan is cancelled, the free time continues after the plan ends.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, for example because your card expired, you get an email and keep Premium while the payment is retried over the following days. You can update your card on the Premium page (Manage subscription). If every retry fails, the plan ends.
- Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- Deleting your account: deleting your account cancels your plan right away. Time you already paid for isn’t refunded, unless you are within the 14 days above.
- If we stop Premium: if we stop offering Premium or close Zevrik, we refund the unused part of your current period.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Zevrik running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features, and we will update these terms when needed. If a change is important, we will let you know in Zevrik. Using Zevrik after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Zevrik and delete your account at any time in Settings. Anyone can report a comment, and we review reports. We may suspend or remove accounts or content, or temporarily stop someone from commenting, when they break these terms or put other people or the service at risk.
Liability
Zevrik is provided “as is” during the beta. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data or injuries that come from using Zevrik or following its suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we’ll try to solve it. You can also complain to the Danish Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus, naevneneshus.dk) or bring a case before the courts where you live.
